Here you can choose the option that suits you best. For instance, if you're reporting an incident related to activities, select "Related to Activities." You'll be taken to a new screen where you can specify if it's an error, you need technical assistance, or wish to suggest an improvement.

You'll need to fill out a form with:

• Email confirmation
• What's happening?: Brief summary of the issue.
• Description: More details, including course, unit number, and lesson if known.
• Attachment: Attach a photo of the activity if available.
• Affected devices: Whether it's on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
• Browser (optional): Which browser you were using.
• School: The name of your school.
• Emergency: If it's a one-time thing or critical affecting all your students.

Once you click Submit, you'll receive an email confirming your request has been received.
